    Order Processing:
    We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
    
    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout.
    
    Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
    
    Damages:
    Crafts by Serenity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
    
    International Shipping:
    We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
